I switched to a Low Gi diet ( half my plate is vegetables), eat lots of beans etc .And now I have been getting an all clear result on my glucose tolerance tests . Yippee!! Recently I was taken to the emergency department of a hospital after falling off my push bike. An hour and a half after eating my blood glucouse came in at 4.1.
