In Prof Jennie Brand-Miller's Low GI Handbook (Australia 2008) she mentions the following GI testing units: Oxford Brookes University (http://www.brookes.ac.uk/lifesci/research/nfrg/gitesting.html), Reading Scientific Services Limited, Hammersmith Food Research Unit and Leatherhead Food International
