Yes there is!

I have the New Glucose Revolution. It is great by the way. I wondered if the New Glucose Revolution LOw GI made Easy is the same book and recipes or is it in addition to New Glucose Revolution? I also have Rodales Sugar Solution and Sugar Solution Cookbook. They are really good also.

Low GI Eating Made Easy is a new book with a very practical focus. It includes a major section on the top 100 low GI foods, why they are good for you and some ways to serve them. The tables have been set out so it's easier to see what you should be eating everyday, occasionally or just for a treat. The chapters include:
Understanding low GI eating
Making the switch to low GI eating
The top 100 low GI foods
The GI tables
